Check out this awesome Crash Course on Support and Resistance Zones. Support and Resistance Zones provide a general map of where to enter and where to exit. This course covers Support Zones, Resistance Zones, and the combination of both.

Support and Resistance Zones are areas, or zones, where Swing Highs and Swing Lows meet. Another way to define Support and Resistance Zones is where Support becomes Resistance, and vice versa… Where Resistance becomes Support.

Support Zones are simply areas where price doesn't break any further to the downside, and reverses to the topside. You can identify multiple Swing Lows, otherwise known as multiple Bottoms at the Support Zones. Your Entry would be a Double Bottom Buy Entry at Support Zones. Your Target Take Profit would be the next logical zone.

Resistance Zones are simply areas where price doesn't break any further to the topside, and reverses to the downside. You can identify multiple Swing Highs, otherwise known as multiple Tops at the Resistance Zones. Your Entry would be a Double Top Sell Entry at Resistance Zones. Your Target Take Profit would be the next logical zone.

When price breaks through a Support and Resistance Zones to the topside, you wait for a pullback and you initiate a Pullback Buy Entry. You wait for price to Pullback to the Support and Resistance Zones, you identity a reversal pattern, and you place a Pullback Buy Entry. Your Target Take Profit would be the next logical zone.
